I have been coming to Metro Physical Therapy in since April of this year. Monica has brought me back to who I was before my back injury. She has been absolutely amazing in helping me regain my strength and remain mobility in my leg. She has been patient, kind and so understanding. She encouraged me even when there were tasks I did not think I could complete. I feel better than I did before my injury. I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy in Oceanside and ask for Monica!
I just completed six weeks of PT On my shoulder. For rotator cuff tear. Polly was my therapist. She’s great now I’m back to playing pickle ball.
IMonica has been working with me for about 2 months and I am so happy with my progress . Monica is focused and listens when i share, she has done wonders with my therapy. I had an on the job injury where I suffered a fully torn acl ligament in my left knee. I was disappointed because I played sports all my life and have many friends that suffered the same injury. Dr.Monica treats her patients with respect, kindness and enthusiasm. With her watchful eye, she encourages us with energetic positive feedback with each exercise. For me personally, she takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns ( and stories) and has built my confidence up to moving with motion. I would highly recommend Dr. Monica for your physical therapy needs. You won’t be disappointed!
