The staff at the Mineola office is incredible. Fin is truly the best healthcare professional I have had the pleasure to know. She is so good at her job, and is also just an awesome person. I would recommend her to anyone having pelvic floor issues, and guarantee she will be a great help. She is helpful, intelligent, and supportive of patients.
I was very hesitant at first to go to physical therapy. Day 1 of trying I realized I needed it. My first encounter with the first therapist was superb. Then he transferred and his replacement was just as great. Everyone was professional here. The exercises helped me a great deal. I’ve only done 6 weeks and it made a big difference in my day to day life. A big THANK you to the staff at Metro Physical!
Hi, a family member called the front desk to arrange an appointment clearly stating that they needed an evaluation for vestibular rehab due to issues resulting in dizziness/nausea/vomiting. The staff on the phone told us that they could be seen and proceeded to take their appointment and schedule an evaluation. At the appointment, the therapist told them this office is not specialized in Vestibular Rehab. This oversight is either intentionally misleading or obviously neglectful. Nick was very professional and motivational. I had an acute on chronic injury and was at the lowest place in fitness I've ever been in. Met me where I was and inspired me to reach my goals, and provided encouragement in addition to structured treatment. Nick believed in my ability to heal when I did not. As a result, I'm back to the gym and finally bench pressing without pain after not being able to lift a 5lb dumbbell painlessly! Highly recommend.
The team at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy at Mineola deserves all the stars in the world! They are absolutely amazing. Everyone is friendly, personable, kind, and encouraging.
