During the second half of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, I received physical therapy and occupational therapy twice a week at the Bellmore, NY Metro Physical Therapy Clinic. The time, attention, patience, encouragement, guidance, encouragement, and confidence given to me meant a lot to someone who is very tough on himself to begin with.
