I went into this MetroPCS on a whim today to upgrade my phone. Ahmad went above and beyond to get me just what I was looking for. I've been a MetroPCS customer since I was 18 and this was my best experience at a store. Thank you!
This location is the best in GR. Was going to switch to At&t, they messed my phone up, after several attempts to correct & no network for 3 days went back to Metro. Ahmad corrected my phone quickly while also helping another customer at the same time. Ahmad provided the most efficient, kind & knowledgeable service. This is my go to store for help and will recommend this store to friends! Thank you Ahmad!
