My family(of 4) have been metro pcs customers for 8 years now and we couldn't be happier. We upgraded this morning..we usually upgrade once a year so this morning when we went down the representative at the Redlands corporate store(we never use an "authorized" dealer) noticed how much we were paying which we thought was normal... Told us it was a lot. So long story short she got us our upgrade and cut $40.00 a month off our bill!�� thank you so much Alexandra "Alex" for all your help we appreciate it and keep it up.
