I would give zero stars if I could. What the previous reviewers wrote are absolutely true. All they care is charging you as much as they can and they give nothing in return. This is a mass production money making machine. There is no compassion for animals in these people. Even Banfield would feel less mass production. Run! Away!
No one should ever take their pet to this clinic , the Doctors IMHO do NOT CARE about your animal but more about feeing you to death . I was lied to by a man who claims to be a partner and Dr. Sarpong may be the most unethical vet I have ever encountered . The first visit our pet was seen by a distracted rookie vet who released the pet as fine only for the pet to have to be seen by another vet where our beloved animal almost died cause of Metro Paws incompetence IMHO.
