Its a shame you can not give no stars, these people are untrustworthy. When walking in the car lot you notice that there are two businesses noll brothers towing and metro park motors. If you knew about the towing company you would immediately run away from metro park motors. They are owned by the same company and equally bad. Car Had issues the moment I rolled off the lot 20 minutes later I’m not even 10 minutes late I’m breaking down on the road I’ve been waiting over a month and a half for title that I still have not gotten and I’ve got expired temporary plates from them I’m not getting calls back and I’m getting cheesy crappy excuses if I don’t have an answer today my lawyer is contacting them tomorrow morning first thing. John sold me a car with a bad engine and covered it up. They kept pretending to fix it and sending it back to me after refusing to buy the car back the first day. The car would die in the middle of driving and Jeff Knoll their mechanic would scream at me for asking him to repair the car to at least make it safe to drive. I went to this dealership in February 2025 and brought a car in which I paid over $3,500 for. The salesman name is John and I was under the impression this car didn’t have any major issues with it. I took it to a mechanic I’m familiar with and come to find out for the repairs is over $2000. I tried getting my money back or trade for another car which he would not do.
