Friendly and helpful
I highly recommend Metro Overhead Door. They were respectful and professional. After getting a bid for almost double the price from another company, I called Metro. They did the repair quickly and their pricing was fair. They gave me options to upgrade some parts but explained the current repair would give my door probably another 10 years before the upgrades would be necessary. I’m older and retired and I appreciate their honesty.
I would give them zero stars if I could for lack of professionalism. I ended up hiring another company to work on my garage door because they NEVER responded to any of my calls or messages. I guess they don't need new business.
Good company to work for; good values. Timely service and a diligent service crew focused on quality.
