I had the pleasure of meeting both Crystal and Jeremy, they were helpful and courteous. From scheduling to picking up my new glasses, everything was explained and there were no surprises. I also felt that the eye exam was thorough, all of my needs were met, and questions answered. Super easy to get to, and a great all around experience.

I absolutely loved this place. Gem to have in Lowertown! I loved how convenient it was to just walk the skyway to it. Clean and comfortable setting, with very friendly staff. My checkup itself was thorough but efficient and they made sure I was taken care of. They also had my insurance info ready to go, and utilized it fully - giving me a dollar by dollar breakdown of my savings. Keep up the great work neighbors! :-)
Everyone that works here is very helpful. They have an awesome selection. I also received my glasses in less than 1 week. Very satisfied and I would recommend everyone this place.
