This apartment complex is deeply problematic and poorly managed. Here are the major issues I experienced: Infestation Issues: The property has a severe roach infestation, making it unbearable to live here. Despite complaints, the problem persists. Environmental Changes: The management removed all the shade-providing trees, significantly increasing electric bills due to excessive heat and lack of natural cooling. Too many darn speed bumps. It literally took me 20 minutes to enter and leave just to drop off a package.
I used to live there..place infested with bed bugs...!!!
Lot of surprise bills. What ever rent you are told add $300 to it in hidden fees per month. Worse is the only way to pay is with their online app, and you get charged a convenience fee. You have to pay to be able to pay your rent. What makes it worse is they are profiting off the hidden fees, for example they will charge you $14 for renters insurance but when you get the plan in the mail you find out it only cost $4 a month. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had and when I moved out, they sent my security deposit to the wrong address so you can only imagine what I’m going through now whole bunch of waiting and non-responsive staff members. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this complex.
