Lot of surprise bills. What ever rent you are told add $300 to it in hidden fees per month. Worse is the only way to pay is with their online app, and you get charged a convenience fee. You have to pay to be able to pay your rent. What makes it worse is they are profiting off the hidden fees, for example they will charge you $14 for renters insurance but when you get the plan in the mail you find out it only cost $4 a month. Lived there awhile and can't wait to move. Looked at others and they are new or next to new for the same or cheaper rent. That place (Metro on Main) has become like a Venezuela detention center. They don't care what they charge you because they will pay with their section 8 and you move out and they move right in. Come by in the evenings and check out the pool if you think I'm exaggerating. Looks like the Rio Grand crossing.
