Lived there awhile and can't wait to move. Looked at others and they are new or next to new for the same or cheaper rent. That place (Metro on Main) has become like a Venezuela detention center. They don't care what they charge you because they will pay with their section 8 and you move out and they move right in. Come by in the evenings and check out the pool if you think I'm exaggerating. Looks like the Rio Grand crossing.
So we don't honor AZ State law two day entering notifications on doors no more for pest cause I know I didn't put that by my 🚽 , It take's 9 days of phone calls to get my new mall box key after someone pry it open due to your doors not locked because you won't fix it's. Should I go take a video and show how can just walk into your mall room . Fix it it's your job your property People are leaving and wrong coming in . This place is wonderful and the staff is amazing! Linda is the best!
My neighbor was drunk 100% of the time. Gun shots and shouting were normal. We were close enough to the pool to siphon the open wi-fi. The rate was very affordable at the time and the room itself had what we needed. The best part was its location for the proximity to the light rail. Edit/Response: Oh, you must have thought that this review was recent. I was there in 2015 in room 2019 I believe.
