dr. jackie was so nice and so good at what she does i mean outright phenomenal! i have bad ptsd with needles and getting blood drawn last hospital visit i was stuck with a needle 12 times and before that 7times and one time they even blew a vein but when she did it i didnt even feel it and she got it first try , love it here ! keep up the great work @jackie :)
I’ve had two experiences with the IOD Clinic and found it to be good. Dr Shields was kind, helpful and had a caring manner both times. Front desk ladies were very nice and I don’t think I interacted with any male employees that I remember.
Hispanic lady gave out wrong information or she didn't want to help me. The text link sent to my phone didn't work. I asked for a paper form to fill out. She quickly replied "We don't have a paper forms." The look on my face.... Had her coworker jump into action. The guy quickly and instantly got up and brought me the forms I needed. He mumbled something to the lady and she didn't correct herself or apologize .
