The good: the place is always clean. The staff are polite but not very chatty. The massage chairs are great. The bad: apparently the price list is a suggestion. I got my lower legs waxed. Price list says $40. She said “for you, $55.” I also came home with wax all over my legs. Had to shower immediately when I got home.
Worst customer service ! rude and unprofessional manager and staff. Wee did my nails ,she cut my finger and She left me in the middle of the work and her manager came and said she doesnt connect with you so she wont continue working on my nails😳 what a shame for that manager. This was my worse experience i ever had. Would hive the minus 5 star if I could .
