Had to reschedule told his appointment was at 12 be here 15 minutes early so arrived at 1145. And then at 1215 asked how late they would be was then told oh your appointment is actually 1230. Not sure who's running what at this place.
The fact this place is located inside another business (hospital), Communication was a cluster. I registered and then received a call from MRI asking why I missed my appointment! I was not impressed with this or with the back and forth, upstairs/downstairs movement I had to do to complete the MRI. Inefficiencies, time waste, dissatisfaction come to mind.
