I had my MRI done almost a month ago and I’m still waiting on my MRI results tried calling nobody’s contacting me back. Nobody’s contacting my doctor. The staff was great but as far as getting your results back, good luck.
The staff is very friendly. Since I am on social security I need to make payments on bigger bills and they worked with me.
This place has multiple locations, and they call to remind you but don’t tell you where you are going. Google says they open at 7 and as of 720 AM, the phones were still saying they were closed (I’d called 3 times since 7). No info was given on who to contact at 7 AM despite Advanced Radiology being open and checking people in for them, so I had no idea which location I should go to. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Results were sent within 24hrs, getting a copy of the results for myself was kind of a hassle though and I gave up
