Extremely unprofessional and slow.could not finish my truck for an accident repair on time after having it left there for 3 months!!! Last time we called service department for a curtesy car but wenn I got there they did not have anything available then they drop me off at Enterprise to get a “reserved” car from them but the Enterprise people were clueless about any booking and no available car, I ended up taking a taxi to work and what is more upsetting was the reaction of the Ford service people that clearly meant we don’t... read more
