First time I went into a dealership for service. Usually avoid dealerships because I've heard so many rumors of them ripping you off. In my experience today, I took my old Ford CVPI into service for the first time at Metro Ford. Don was very kind, honest, and fair. He went above and beyond to try and address my concern even though they appeared short staffed, arranged shuttle transport back and forth, and told me my car is in great shape besides needing an oil change.
