I don't wish to comment to the same level of details here. It is below my expectation for an establishment and I'd rather not waste my time here. I don't actually think the service department should be the one taking the blame as the issue comes from the customer facing side. I'm also not interested in the politics between the two subdivision of the establishment.
They weren't being responsible with the state of the car. There was a part in the car at the pick up and all I wanted to find out was if it was a spare or if it was pulled out from the car. My past experience with the dealor was that they don't service older vehicles, so I had no interest getting the work done here. This was being traded in without my consent being a registered owner on the title. Buying my 2025 Mustang Mach-E here was way more stressful than it needed to be. Even after I put down a deposit, Ivan kept applying pressure to close the deal. I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was my first experience at this location, and it will definitely be my last. I have a brand new 2024 Ford Ranger and had a recall for the airbag. I booked my appointment two months in advance and confirmed that they could do both the regular service and the airbag recall on the same day. When I picked up my car, I was shocked.
