Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service and they "try" to fix vehicles but don't actually get to the root of the problem. I purchased a vehicle back in February and had to bring it back to the dealership multiple times because the check engine light keeps coming on. All I have received are empty promises and no returned phone calls. The issue STILL has not been properly fixed months later. Every time I call they promise to call back and never do. Jay, Jeff and Chris were great! Jay listened to what we were looking for and suggested we visit the website (very user friendly with Carfax included) before we drove to Branford. We knew exactly what cars were in our budget and what we wanted to look at when we arrived. Jeff gave us time to look at the car and ask any questions. I liked a car there and I left offer on their website. Two days later, the sales manager (Jay) called me about my offer and we have agreed to make the deal about the car and I paid 400$ as a deposit. Next day, the business manager (Chris Zimmerman ) emailed me that someone else had a deal with the car I had chosen and they sold it. I live in Florida and I booked my flight ticket and I was willing to buy a car insurance before I fly there and drive that car.
