These units are very reasonably priced, they are very safe and easy to access. The owner is super nice and you may ask to speak with him directly because he will work with you and try to help address your concerns. They too, make the payment process, pretty simple.
When I 1st rented this storage shed it was $40 a month. It changed owners shortly after and new owners practically double the rate to $75 a month. While I understand we all want to make money I personally thought this was in excess overnight. I've tried to reach the owners by phone and the number on the billboard is still incorrect. I didn't have any major problems with the 2nd owners (no problems with the original owners who were awesome, easy to make payments etc). Personally, I'd shop around before renting here again.
