I took my car (2003 civic) to MetroMetric this weekend for a brake pad replacement, flushing of power steering fluid, and flushing of my brake fluid. Honda quoted me over $500 for these repairs, and I paid just over $200 at MetroMetric. I'd been once before for a timing belt replacement, and was very pleased (paid about $500). Also, the dealership had claimed I needed other work done (totaling an additional $700), which MetroMetric discovered were actually not needed for at least another 15,000 miles. Customer service off the charts – I have taken my 1990 Suburu Loyale to Metro Metric since I bought it, used, in 1994. For a decade before that, they kept my Datsun 310 running. I've always treasured their honesty and competence but the other day they did something completely off the charts. My Suburu had broken down on a road trip, was towed to a shop in Mountlake Terrace, WA, and repaired. more than five star garage – This garage is great. They do what they say they're going to do and they do it good. My parents have been taking their vehicles there for more than 20 years. I've taken a few vehicles there for maintenance and they are fair with the pricing and do excellent work. Sometimes they get busy, so call them in advance of your scheduled maintenance. Richard is great!

Great work, fair price, nice people – I had used this shop in the past, but had moved on after purchasing a new car. I recently had them replace the clutch on my Honda, and remembered why I liked these guys.
