equipment is old medicare is suppost to get new stuff and they give used almost new even when new is in stock. beds always breakdown replacing motors and bedrods constantly. just not good equipment for the high prices they charge.......... and they dont treat employees good at all. was fired from there for nothing.
My dad receives hospice care in another state, and was directed to Metro during a recent car trip to MI. They require 48 hours notice to deliver oxygen, I called on Monday they picked up the empty tanks on Wed. and returned the full tanks on Thursday (72 hours), I still cant figure out why they did not bring full tanks with them on Wed. as we are an hour away.
