The Metro Mechanical plumber was on site within two hours of our call. He figured out what the problem was and made the repair.
We have used Metro for plumbing projects but they offer a full range of HVAC+ services. When reviewing their quotes to install a combi boiler and some other plumbing work I thought they were a little high until I obtained bids from different companies. Their bids ended up being very competitive and usually a bit lower than others. Appointments were usually available the next day or within a day or two. Professional employees who kept us informed with the project status, etc. Highly recommend.
I've used Metro Mechanical a few times for issues at my home. They always show up on time, do a great job, and I plan to use them in the future for additional projects. Sam and his crew came and replaced a leaky toilet for us today and got it done fast and clean despite some space challenges. Thank you!
Sam and Don came to unclog our drain after we naively but pasta leftovers down the garbage disposal. We'd used a 25 ft snake (twice) and about a gallon of Draino before we finally realized we were out of our depth. Those two really put in the elbow grease to find the clog and finally break it up. It's such a relief to have our kitchen sink back and we appreciate their hard work (and courtesy). The company also got us in next day, which was awesome.
