Pat & Andrew and the office people.....they worked as a team for repairs on our ground source system. The repairs were completed quickly in a professional manor. A return visit was necessary to reprogram the heat/cool control...and was completed in a few minutes. A very friendly/knowledge Metro Mechanical group of employees...with all our needed service/repair.

The integrity of this company is beyond amazing. I’ve had them work on our washing machine, water heater and other house calls. They explain everything so thoroughly and as a young homeowner I didn’t feel taken advantage of, rather it felt as if my parent was there helping me solve the problems we’ve had. Metro Mechanical was fantastic! From the very first phone call to the last follow phone call. They made the process simple, easy, and fast. Honestly, I have so many good things to say about my experience with this company. Will recommend and will use again in the future!
