We had our home built a little over 2years a 3500 square feet. With one air conditioner unit. Which should have been two units. Now that one unit has gone out after getting it serviced every 6 months now to be told that the compressor has gone out after barley using the ac system. Having to spend over 400,000 dollars on a new home, we have had some many problems. Now having to sit in a hot house over 80 degrees with young kids in the house is not acceptable. This company does not honor their words. Stay away. Sherri is very unprofessional and uncaring. I hope she isn’t the owner. She does not have one ounce of anything good with regards to customer service in her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
This company is a rip off. They took advantage of 80 year old mom. She bought a home with a ac/heating unit that was still under warranty from Home Depot! They technician they sent out was rude and scared my mom to death. It took them 3 attempts and $800 later to get it up and running again. Every time the guy cane out the would spend hours and couldn’t get it fixed and ended up tearing up more than what was originally wrong and she got charged for it.
