I came to the Clifton Park Metro Mattress on September 3rd and worked with a salesperson named Andrew. I was looking to buy a twin mattress and box spring, so it was a pretty simple order. Andrew was helpful and not pushy, and I ended up ordering a set that had an estimated arrival of a week and a half. Having worked in furniture sales, I knew that this was an ESTIMATED date, so when a week and a half came and went I wasn't too worried. Good customer service. Not pushy.
Staff is great. I got a deal for a bed that was on display at another location. Turned out to be used on one side. I got this bed specifically for my back. Also, still have been waiting for my mattress protector. It's been on back order for 7 months. Called four months after asking about it and they said this has been happening a lot and they will ship it out. They never did. Con artist!! Update: it's been 9 months and still no mattress protector...
