RUN! Run like the wind! Most unprofessional, rude and unethical business I've come across in a long time. Informed the "Vice President," of many safety concerns (exposed electrical wiring, leaning fences, etc.) and he refused to resolve the issues in a timely manner or to 100% resolution. Was forced to pay rent for 20 days while the water lines were frozen and he hardly lifted a finger to fix them until I served a letter of violation from my attorney. Worst Property Management I have ever dealt with! I was great tenant; clean, paid on time, fixed things on my own, never needy. They kept most of my deposit (I took pictures before I moved in, or else they wouldn't have given any of it back!) Whenever I did need something fixed, they never answered the phone, returned messages, I had to go in...and even then, my landlord wasn't there and no one else could help me. I still can't believe how rude these people are – I wish I could give this company zero stars. In short, I have had the worst customer service of my life. The guy I spoke with, Brian, was so rude that he literally made me cry and then hung up on me. Avoid at all cost. Don't support these type of businesses that treat people horribly.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! SUPER UNPROFFESSIONAL! They.are.idiots. Honestly, the manager there probably just walked in and they gave the job to the first person they saw. They would be better off with a monkey running that place.
Horrible Customer Service – All I can say is UNORGANIZED! I'm renting from metro and holy cow, I cannot believe the owners haven't restocked the employee shelf with competent individuals yet! I just lay low and correct them when there is a mistake but one day I'm afraid all hell is going to break loose. If I could advise anyone that is considering metro management as a landlord or property management for an investment property I would say stay far away.
