It was disheartening to find out that fellow bus riders wanted to be so disgusting the bus drivers so detached from their jobs essential that they took a pegboard that didn't have everything with it that cost $26 with tax. The customer service over the phone was very poor. The office staff, Paty in particular, won't even look up your case when you give them the case number. It seems like they don't want to hear about your call. You'll have to wait and see if they call you one day.
I FORGOTTEN MY METAL, GRAY WATER BOTTLE in THE ANNADALE METRO BUS! CALLED THE OFFICE. LADY ANSWERED IT. SHE TELLS ME: "If we find it, We discard it!" "THAT MEANS... My daughter lost her phone on the bus she has made a report on the MARCH OF 26 it’s APRIL 8 waiting an hour for these people to answer my calls and they says they have “no update” I don’t even know what to do at this point I just feel like they are lying to me! I am sick and tired of these people telling me that they will notify me and they don’t do shit! This is so disappointing🤦♀️ especially metro
