I lost my wallet and they emailed me to pick it up and I found all my stuff they did really good service
I doubted whether these were doctors or not because I had an appointment on December 2nd. The doctor said that blood tests were needed. The tests were finished. He texted me twice that we needed another test. I made an appointment on an empty stomach. I went. The nurse came and asked why you came. What did I say? I lost my wallet and key chain on red line last Sunday and I filled a claim on wmata website. Today which Friday they emailed me that they found my wallet and to told me to come pick it up. I picked it up and all of my cards, my ID, gift card even a cash is still there. Shot out to wmata employees and the lost and found office. The people I have been talking to through phone and the lady that I found in the office was really nice and helpful💕
Came to pickup items, there was no on there and wont be for another hour and a half. Extremely unprofessional. Why not have at least 2 people working so they can take their lunch breaks and rotate. Drove all this way and now have to wait almost 2 hours. Absurd!! Team was of no assistance when called
Dropped my very expensive sunglasses on the rail tracks, security told me to come back later pick them up from station, they hadn’t picked them up yet when I went back, showed up a few days later and the sunglasses had been sent to lost and found, submitted the claim and never hear back, then decided to call them and they told me they had no sunglasses in there from April. This is extremely inefficient and very poor customer service.
