I hired Adam to do a simple will, health directive and power of attorney. He failed on all 3. 2 lessons learned: 1) Get someone who is an estate attorney 2) Never pay everything up front (My bad). After 6 months Adam was still unable to put the documents together. He avoided calls, made excuses and didn’t follow through on what he said he would do (calls, work, etc.). He charged me 3 times what an estate attorney quoted me (recently). I found Adam to be inconsistent, incompetent and not knowledgeable of estate law. Why does ... read more
