I hired Adam to do a simple will, health directive and power of attorney. He failed on all 3. 2 lessons learned: 1) Get someone who is an estate attorney 2) Never pay everything up front (My bad). After 6 months Adam was still unable to put the documents together. He avoided calls, made excuses and didn’t follow through on what he said he would do (calls, work, etc.).
