Tried to contact the company several times for available properties. Spoke with the woman a few times but then she stopped responding. Finally was able to briefly talk to Matt. He was supposed to get back with me with availability to view properties and seemed interested but then just disappeared and stopped answering my calls. Decided to go with a different company that has a little better communication.
Trying to review openings and get better understanding of available properties. Left voicemails and called a few times but no answer or call back but website shows open 24/7. Is this company still in business?
Great property rental company! We were only here for one year and Metro KC was always responsive with maintenance and any other home issues. Forever grateful to Carrie for allowing us to stay a month beyond our lease with our newborn despite it being peak move season! Thanks Metro KC!
We have rented two homes from Metro and have nothing but positive things to say! Both homes have been very clean and move-in ready. Matt was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and Carrie is wonderful to work with - she is easy to talk to and quick to help with any maintenance needs that may arise. We plan to stay with Metro for a long, long time to come!
We rented from KC Metro for 1 year while at CGSC. I would not recommend this company. The carpets were filthy when we moved into the house. Carrie is incredibly difficult to deal with, as she's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We personally have rented from 7 other property management companies and this is by far the worst experience.
