Great landlord, responsible, friendly and great maintenance!!!! We lived in one of Metro Investments buildings for one year. We had the best experience with them. Bruce Field is a great landlord and wonderful maintenance guys. Anytime we had anything break they were there in 1-2 business days, but if it was an emergency they would be there the same day and/or night. We did receive our entire security deposit back minus the water and sewer bills. We talked to Bruce about the water bills and he pointed out in the lease where i... read more
Not favorable In dealing with this company I feel that they were rather unfair. They said they would fix several things that were brought to their attention. Bugs, animal living in the attic, old wood pile that brought mice and mold. They did wash the mold with bleach water and repainted. There were big holes under the sink and in some closets. Basically all that was taken care of is the mold. I feel companies like this should be held accountable and should not be allowed to rent out properties in this condition.
