I hired James Albee and HIS Metro Intelligence Agency in June 2022 photograph, document, and interview witnesses to an auto accident. it is now November 2022. James was supposed photograph the scene and secure traffic camera footage along with interviewing critical witnesses. He charged me $2500. I hired James Albee and Metro Intelligence in June 2022. The agreed sum for his services was $2500 which was paid in advance. James never performed any of the agreed upon investigative tasks. Witness interviews were never completed and those witnesses have since moved out of state. Has not return any phone calls. We went throught three pretrial conferences and James Albee and Metro Intelligence never provided the material required for us in this case.
