I've been visiting the Jacksonville location for a couple of years now, and I've consistently been impressed with the ease of scheduling appointments and the accommodating nature of the staff. On one occasion, I even had to change my appointment on the same day, and they were able to adjust their schedule to suit my needs. The facility itself is always clean and well-organized, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. On February 6 2025 my husband went in for his infusion and the nurse told me that she sent the wrong medicine back to the pharmacy, but I should be all right two hours within getting a treatment and I’ve had to go to the bathroom woke up in the hospital and my family told me that I have passed that three times She was very unprofessional to the family. I received infusions at this location. It's easily accessible from the highway. There is a variety of stores, restaurants, and other conveniences in the immediate area. The infusion center itself is clean, comfortable, and well designed. Parking is plentiful. Nurses are attentive and friendly. They are experienced with great skills. I will return there for future infusions.
