You are at an increased risk of catching Covid at this center because they do not require patients to wear masks, despite providing medication to people with autoimmune illnesses. Since it is fairly close to University of Maryland, they receive quite a few students, including sorority and fraternity kids who may like to party a lot. I never want to come here again. I don't know if they use students or what but I wastes a whole day letting the "phlebotomy tech" stick me five times. He has no idea what he is doing. I've never seen anyone try to insert an iv into the vein perpendicular. Every appointment I have at this location will be canceled. I'm never coming here again.

I had a great first infusion experience at Metro Infusion Center. The staff was welcoming and supportive, immediately putting me at ease. The space is cozy and quiet, with comfortable chairs, relaxing decor, and thoughtful amenities like snacks and coffee. Logistically, everything was smooth—easy parking and a nearby mall for my support person. If you’re nervous about starting treatment here, know that you’ll be in good hands!
