If you need these services, MIDC Howell is excellent. Ariel is the NP and she is not only a pro at her job, but truly a wonderful caring and patient person.
I have been getting infusions at the Howell location for about a year now. Very clean facility and very accommodating. Ariel has been so kind and compassionate each visit and makes me feel very comfortable.
The news that I needed to have infusions for the rest of my life was something that hit me really hard. On top of that, the doctor office was not really helpful in helping me find something close to home and I would need to drive far away to get these infusions. I was so lucky to find MIC in Howell and on top of that, to have a medical professional working there who truly wanted to help and make the process as easy as possible. Ariel was the absolute best and I cannot recommend this center high enough.
I have been going to MIC Howell for about a year now. I can’t say enough about how great my infusions have been! The facility itself is great but what makes the experience that much better is Ariel. She is so kind, friendly, gentle, and efficient! My appointments are handled and it is the most seamless appointment because of her ! Highly recommended getting your infusions done here.
I've been going to the Howell facility since it opened March of 2022. Previously I was going to the Okemos facility. The Howell office is much closer and when I switched, I got the same nurse, Ariel, who has always been very accommodating with scheduling along with personable and friendly. There's never been any issues with insurance or scheduling whenever I've needed to make a change including if I needed to go back to Okemos on a Saturday.
