Nurses and staff get you in and out no waiting very polite and concerned you are ok with what they are doing Dr Kamar is also great listens and gets you treated right away
The Crestwood location is great! Very friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet while getting my infusions. Has good music playing! No problem getting the days and times I need. I get the infusions done near my job which is an hour from where I live. They always told me if I ever needed to change an appointment closer to home to call. Well the day came. If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurses here forgot to give me, a pediatric patient, my pre meds. This was one of the reasons I went through anaphylaxis. Not only this, but they took my blood to run lab work, forgot about it and had to take out more blood out. Considering I was someone recovering from anemia and this was the morning so I hadn’t eaten much, this was not the best experience. I was already exhausted from everything and then had to get more blood drawn…
Excellent Excellent care there. The Nurses really care. The front staff is excellent. I have never been to an Infusion before . The very very Professional Nurses put my mind at ease. Thank so much Teresa
