Twice this place has cancelled appointments on me, Claiming to have called. No customer service at all.
You call in all day leave multiple voicemails and no one ever calls back. You call at 3:45pm they answer and hang up and never call back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Avoid this place. Front office and MA staff are incredible, Dr Pinsky is a waste of a medical degree. Unfeeling, awful bedside manner and offered NO options for treatment whatsoever. Avoid this dumpster fire of a practice
