RecommendedVery nice and understanding staff
stay away!!! Dr ordered MRI with contrast and rationalist decided they knew more than Dr and did not do contrast per Dr request. Disc that was provided for Dr was not able to be opened. When calling Metro Imaging was connected to acting marager and she was very indifferent and stated this is how they keep cost down! Niw I need additional testing. She admitted they have had issues with CDs not opening. Why would a company not do testing per Dr request and verify CDs before releasing? Explanation for experience on test is this... read more

All we needed was a little explanation of how it would be. The lack of communication is astounding. There was no pre test instruction given, no mention that we would need to put a credit card on file and no one seemed to be informed of the reason for the MRI. The preliminary results were so lacking and basic and the waiting area was crowded and stuffy. The tech took 3 times to get blood and didn’t put the ear plugs in far enough. Very disappointed.
RecommendedThe staff was wonderful, gentle and kind. My injury is very painful and the xray tech was very cool in letting me ease into the positions she needed.
