Rob Malone is awesome. Along with hypnosis, he can also teach you techniques to improve your efficiency, change bad habits and reach goals. I am a student in his 3 Pillars program and first hand proof of how working with Rob creates success. I also know several people who have used him to quit smoking.
I went in for a hypnosis session for stress reduction/relaxation. Rob Malone reviewed the procedure beforehand, and asked me to provide an experience of my choice to serve as an anchor for the session. The session was simple, professional, straightforward, and effective. It met my expectations, and I'd be interested in trying it again for a different issue of my choice.
