I have worked with Cindy now to purchase two properties, and sell one. Her knowledge of the market, network of vendors, and professionalism is exceptional. On the buying side, her ability to offer insite on neighborhoods and asses specific properties was invaluable. On the selling side, she is always up to date on market movements and offers well informed advice on what helps properties sell quickly. Working with Cindy has been an excellent experience, and I strongly recommend her and her company to make the real estate proc... read more
Working with Cindy was truly one of the best decisions we made during the home buying process. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience feel completely seamless. 2nd purchase with Cindy! 1st time was great & referred equally happy friends. Cindy was even better this go round! Helped quickly land an owner carry offer in this dismal market (in RINO, Denver). Then turned around & helped land a sweetheart deal on a new build in Windsor, CO. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HER!!
Cindy has recently helped me sell my condo, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Her knowledge of the local market was immediately evident. She gave me spot-on advice for preparing my home for sale, which I truly believe helped me secure a great offer in a highly competitive buyers market. Cindy expertly guided me through the entire closing process without a single hitch. Beyond her professional skills, Cindy is just a lovely, positive, and patient person to work with. She took the stress out of selling and ... read more
