Just had new air conditioner installed a month ago. Stopped working last night and today when it’s 89 and hot. Called left a message. Got a call back was told we would get a call on Monday they were not doing anything this weekend. So happy you installed it a month ago and are taking great care of your customers.

Metro Heating and Cooling is the best. We've had them put in 3 furnaces in three different homes and a hot water heater as well. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, prompt, efficient, responsive. Just can't think of a marginal thing to say. All expectations met and more each time. I would highly recommend them!

We had Metro install a replacement furnace and air conditioner. We got bids from the big outfits. They were all from Minneapolis and they were all expensive. Then we tried Metro. We liked their approach and decided to go with them, even though some of the reviews were troubling. We made a great call. Would give Zero stars if i could - Used Metro for a water heater replacement through the Excel Energy HomeSmart program due to a leaking water heater. Metro was contacted and responded immediately. Brian came out to quote the job and present our needs to Homesmart. Unfortunately this is where the breakdown in communication happened. Do not use this company, and if you have Excel HomeSmart ask for a different contractor! They are extremely dishonest, and could not keep their stories straight between their associates. Our thermostat ( under warranty ) broke. Metro put in a "new" thermostat, however when I called Bryant to register this "new" thermostat for the extended warranty I found out it was already registered under another's name, who happened to be in Minnesota. I had a new Rheem furnace installed for under $1800 by Metro Heating & Cooling in St. Paul. I'm very happy with the next day service and high quality of work. I will recommend Metro Heating & Cooling to my daughter.

Metro Heating and Cooling did a very good job in cleaning the vents and ducts in my home. They were very professional and competent. I would use them again.
