Chris’ service was great. I had repair work done during the summer and just recently had maintenance done on my AC system. He was very professional and a personable person that was knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using Metro Heating And Air Conditioning Inc service, thanks to him. Very happy with the service and installation of our new furnace. Luckily on the service call, Joel caught something that a previous other company we used failed to catch. The amount of CO poisoning going thru our system was shocking. Luckily he was able to get a new unit installed a few days later. This company was upfront and honest the whole way thru our close call and we couldn’t be happier.

I could not have been more impressed with the knowledge and the approach exhibited by Chris during my service call. Very satisfying to see a technician know exactly where to start in the troubleshooting process to repair my air-handler/ heat pump system. I highly recommend Metro anytime you need service or even a new system. I know what it takes to do things the right way. That's what Chris from Metro Heating And Air Conditioning did and does.

Metro Heating And Air Conditioning Inc always provides great service in a timely fashion. This morning I called them at 8:05am to request service on an air conditioning unit that had stopped working. They promptly sent a service technician, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it by 10:00am.
