Had an issue with my mini split. The guy who installed it apparently didn’t know how to service it and left me high and dry. I found this company on Rheem’s website. The tech literally took the whole unit apart and put it back together and was able to save me having to replace the unit entirely. I am really really grateful to Marciel and this company. I’ll be using Metro from here on out.
Great company and great people. Kevin (who showed up today) was very professional, experienced (~22 years in this trade) and very honest. If I need to do future repairs, I will always ask for him (if he is still around). I am sure other technicians working for Metro Heating are the same as well. Over all, I gave it a 5 stars due to above reasons along with the fact that they showed up right on time.
