You could go to metro with a cold and leave in a body bag. This hospital is awful! We tell our friends and family our experience and tell them to get them out of this hospital if we hear they have a loved one waiting or admitted. I love trinity. They will see you immediately and they don’t take serious stuff faintly unlike metro.
I had outpatient surgery to repair bicycling injury to my ankle this morning at the operating room at U of M Health West (broken bone and ligament damage). Everything about this visit was extraordinarily good. Every person we interacted, whether a clinician, nurse, or technician - in all capacities - everyone was friendly and competent. If I could add more stars, I would.
Specifically with the staff, feels kind of sterile. Not as warm towards pts. Not as welcoming, more like I'm just here to do my job, next!
My brother was so well cared for by everyone. My brother and our family was treated with great care, compassion, mercy and kindness. Everyone we interacted with took all the time we needed to understand my brother's condition and what they were doing to help him improve. We couldn't ask for a better hospital and staff.
