It isn't just a new name, it seems they may be under new mismanagement. When I came to Metro it was a panacea compared to other providers I have seen, but over the last year several changes have occurred that negatively impact patient care and give the sense that the patient's health is not of the utmost importance. Staff is amazing and very friendly. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back. They are very informative and I don’t ever feel like just another patient. Great job!
I've been a patient with Metro Inclusive for over a year now and can not think of a better health care provider to suggests to anyone. A professional and friendly demeanor is found in every person within this facility. They're all GREAT!
