I was with the practice and content with the doctor. I even attempted to get my mother onboard, but the lack of organization and the incompetence of the receptionist is baffling. Because of the disorganization, they expected my mother to reschedule her surgery. They lost my mother and they lost me as patients.

Receptionist is so friendly! The nurse was also very professional and friendly. Doctor Hernandez is an amazing doctor! She took her time and did not rush me as well
