They don’t have support staff to do the job. I waited 20 minutes on hold to get an appointment. This outfit is deeply inconsiderate of their patients.
Have had over 7 diagnostic tests & had Hiatal Hernia Surgery & still have not gotten relief or any answers! There staff is very unprofessional ! & their wait times on the phone is aweful!

Upon turning into Health Park West, Gastroenterology, Colonoscopy first floor, I found the facility very easily. The signage was very clear to see Roadside. Inside the lobby, the waiting room was well appointed, with a television to watch during wait time. My wait time was zero. The seating is comfortable. The intake procedure was smooth and very private. When I was brought back to prepare, the nurse-Courtney RN was quick and personable, I was put immediately at ease.
