Providers are excellent but front desk staff telling patients with active disease that the only way they can be seen sooner than 3 months is going to the ER. That's crazy.
I have been going to this office for over 10 years. And have always been very happy but in the last year it has been almost impossible to get a hold of someone. I continually get bumped off while waiting to speak to a scheduler. This last time I was 2nd in line right when I called. Waited 6 mins was put to #1 in the que but then was bumped of the call again. Not sure how we are supposed to return a call when I can't ever get through.
Apparently the other reviews are spot on. Been on hold excessively long and they drop the call. Called back...waited a long time with multiple calllers ahead...another dropped call. I haven't moved from my seat. What a waste of time.
