Upon turning into Health Park West, Gastroenterology, Colonoscopy first floor, I found the facility very easily. The signage was very clear to see Roadside. Inside the lobby, the waiting room was well appointed, with a television to watch during wait time. My wait time was zero. The seating is comfortable. The intake procedure was smooth and very private. When I was brought back to prepare, the nurse-Courtney RN was quick and personable, I was put immediately at ease. As many have left reviews before, this office is an absolute joke when it comes to getting ahold of anyone. They cancelled my appointment without saying anything. Left a vague voicemail to call back for scheduling purposes. I had to find out it was cancelled via a message from MyChart. So I call back right? 7th in queue, after 30 minutes I’m down to position 4, now I’m 4th for ANOTHER 30 minutes and hasn’t moved at all.
