Was disappointed that Michelle Oshinski quoted me $2,000 for an MRI when it ended up actually costing me $3,824.50. When I called the office regarding this discrepancy they did nothing.
This was a wonderful specialty office to visit. Dr. Spoto was thorough in explanation and friendly. In fact, all of the staff was very friendly. I liked how Dr. Spoto also paid attention to my 4 year old with answering her questions and giving her stickers even though the appointment was for me. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Dr. Spoto was great with my daughter and answering all our questions. It was disappointing though when the billing department at Metro Health billed us for an in office test she never had and would not correct the mistake.
