Good to get an appointment relatively quickly since so many practitioners, but They sent blank FMLA paperwork to my insurance the first time and i had to keep calling/ messaging about other issues later as well - was given the excuse that since there are so many different people working there information is sometimes missed. The last time I was in for an annual the nurse doing the blood draw didn't get gauze ready and I bleed all over while she was trying to grab some, luckily I was in a gown from the exam. Dr. K is the best!
Love the doctors here but do not get a Covid test here! Horrible service! I’ve been sitting in my car for 45 minutes at the designated site. Did my e check in (as instructed to get faster service) and have called the phone number 4 times asking when a nurse will be out. I just went in pleading for help since I feel awful and they said go back to spot , in my car - outside. I’m appalled and just in tears . Just go to an urgent care/clinic
If I could give minus I would. LISA GARWOOD PA treated me for mono… However, though I had all the symptoms ,she refused to give me the simple blood draw. Finally after weeks of coming in I got the test.Yup, mono.. “ welp… nothing we can do..drink a healthy smoothie & sit in the sun. “ It was February. Rude,cold,tone deaf…. Mono returned 5 years later. Went to an alternative clinic ( BORN) & they got me well in 4 months… First case of mono..2 year recovery.. She ,imho, is not competent.
Since the take over I think things have gone downhill. The biggest problem is getting an appointment for who I'd like to see. Right now as I'm writing this first available is 24 day out. I can see a doctor I have never seen before, did it twice, I'm not a fan. Here's the dumbest thing of all, the office will release some available appointments the morning of and to me it's like throwing a piece of meat to a pack of hungry dogs. I could complain more but I'm going to look for a new doctors office closer to home instead.
