Lisa Garwood is an amazing lady! An active listener who somehow always keeps up with my completely random way of thinking. I tend to jump from topic to topic, and she manages it with patience, clarity, and a level of understanding that’s honestly rare.

This is absolutely the worst office I have ever seen. They are dismissive and abusive! I am deeply concerned about my boyfriend’s health and the way his care is being handled by Kendrick Weber. He has repeatedly dismissed recommendations from specialists and has raised his voice at both me and my boyfriend during appointments. He has actively denied alternative referrals to an endocrinologist, even though the Cleveland Clinic recommended that my boyfriend be seen by endocrinology. If you want to be greeted by fake cookie cutter “hellos” & passive aggressive attitude as to why you’re calling then this is just the place for you! My experience was ruined by the customer service people who answer the phones especially by Kristine. She was definitely the worst of them all, she was incapable of being able to be real instead had to talk to you like you were a child. Had a great visit with Dr. Ledy for a new patient physical. Her bedside manner is fantastic and the office was very efficient. I had bloodwork done the same day with very minimal wait and a fantastic experience. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care office!
