Someone should really speak with Kaylee about how she talks to the patients. She was very cold and short with me over the phone, even knowing what I'm currently going through, and had no concern at all whatsoever. This is not how you treat people, especially in her position. I recommend the family practice upstairs. I would give a 4.5, 3 stars for the check in staff, 5 stars for the rest Doctors & nurses: approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, helpful, communicate & listen well Appt availability & process: great, easy by phone or online, phone staff is great Building: excellent, nice, new Check in staff: reliably indifferent, seem bored, act like they don’t want to be there
My interactions with Kristin Kern have been documented. There has been no response to the paperwork submitted by my employer, and attempts to reach her by phone have been unsuccessful. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of a clear plan for my wellness care, and the communication has been unprofessional. I have also reached out to Ashley, the Office Manager, to discuss my experience, but I have not received a response to my request for a conversation.
Good to get an appointment relatively quickly since so many practitioners, but They sent blank FMLA paperwork to my insurance the first time and i had to keep calling/ messaging about other issues later as well - was given the excuse that since there are so many different people working there information is sometimes missed. The last time I was in for an annual the nurse doing the blood draw didn't get gauze ready and I bleed all over while she was trying to grab some, luckily I was in a gown from the exam.
