We did not end up going with Metro for our install (due to our choice of colour for the LVP) but I feel compelled to write a review due to the fantastic customer service we received. Nate who we met in store was super patient, approachable and helpful explaining the different products and trying to find one that fit our needs most. How disappointing that this industry still tries to absurdly inflate their prices. Where's your integrity? That's just straight up scam. Like enough already, have a shred of decency, charge your profit to the size of the job man. We know way more than you think. Go fool somebody else.
I recently purchased LVP/hybrid flooring from Metro. Mike Lycka was extremely knowledgeable about hardwood and LVP flooring. He was patient and helped us navigate our needs. I would highly recommend Mike and Metro to anyone looking to renovate their flooring.
We had our new tile put in recently. This is our fourth project with this company, we highly recommend them for their great selection, pricing, and customer service. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them 5 stars and more!
