Everything was perfect until someone today showed me my highlights in detail. The roots were poorly done, washed out and with two colors. Now I need to have the job corrected by someone else. Wasn't completely happy but now I am pissed. I have never had to have my color corrected. I contacted the stylist, but she did not respond.
