Metro Guard is A+ I have used Metro Guard for years and have never had a complaint. We live on a wooded lot that would be over run with bugs if it weren't for Metro Guard. They are so professional and friendly. They tend to send the same person to treat your house each time so you get to know them and feel comfortable with them. Whatever they use to spray really works but has no smell, and they've told me it's safe around kids and pets.

Extremely Satisfied Customer This pest control company goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction and eradication to the full extent of their ability of whatever is "bugging" you. Furthermore although all of the reps that come to your home that I have encountered have been excellent, by far the best is Mark J. request him and you will have someone working for you harder than you would work for yourself. This is really the only pest control company worth considering. Fantastic customer service.

great service I can't believe it's been ten years since I started using your service. I always request Mark. From the first time he came by my house he has been very professional. He listens to any insect problems I might be having and always promptly takes care of it. When you have employee's like Mark out in the community going above and beyond the call of duty .Metro Guard will continue to be my only number for extermination of pests ! Thanks metro guard and Mr Mark Johnson

Excellent service Without fail, Metro Guard calls me to schedule my quarterly treatments, and makes a reminder call the day prior to the appointment. Service people are always on time, courteous, and professional. They ask if I've had any issues, and make recommendations if they find something I'm unaware of. They take care of all pest problems. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I've always had great service and would definitely recommend Metro Guard to everyone.

Metro Guard is Tops We have been Metro Guard customers for many years. Their dependability is at the top. They call on a regular schedule to set up service appointments. Our technician is Ed who always arrives right on time. It is none of that we will be there between 1:00 and 6:00. They set the hour of arrival and are there right on time. Ed knows our house and the what and where to check. They truly control and eliminate pest problems.

Review of service We have used Metro Guard for many years. Every 3 months we recieve a reminder call and set up an appointment for our service. Ed, the technician who always comes does a great job. Control those Texas bugs with Metro! We have used Metro Guard soley since living in Texas. If we run across a new pest problem, they are always able to take care of it. They also call us every 3 months to remind us that it's time again to take care of the pests. This is a great reminder.
