The salesman, Doug, quotes you a low price "just to get us in the door" ( words from their own technician). Then they make the charge 5 times more expensive.... They are dishonest in their dealings. But they did not steal money from this handicapped senior. I sent them on their way. Trust nothing they tell you on the phone.

We have been using Metroguard for years. The guys are professional, arrive on time if not early and I take great pleasure in seeing belly up cockroaches.

I have been using Metro Guard to treat my home and my mother-in-law's house for over 10 years. We've never had an issue. The service techs are courteous and quick, and they they have never given us any issue over coming to re-treat if needed.

I was very disappointed when I called MetroGuard to have them come back out to treat our house. They came out and treated our house in 2009, I called them SaturdayJuly 29,2017 2017 and the lady said she could not find my information and had no record of them ever coming out. I explained that I had the paperwork in front of me stating they they had been here. She asked if it was under a different name or different address, I said no.... she really had no interest in helping me so I said "ok, thank you I'll call someone else" ... read more
